Volunteers make community kitchens happen. Whether they’re directing traffic around a hot stove, taking a major role in a project like the Many Hands cookbook, or assisting at CK leadership workshops, volunteers are vital to kitchens’ success. They’re generous with their time and their efforts demonstrate what “community” is all about. Although their work is often quiet and unheralded, let us introduce you to some good friends of the project.
We have some new volunteer opportunities available. If you would like further information on volunteering with a community kitchen or with Fresh Choice Kitchens, contact Diane Collis.
